25 min: Harder is down here receiving some treatment for a hamstring issue. It looked like she would be okay to continue but she walked over to the bench and shook her head. Harder is crying on the bench, what a frustrating tournament for the star. Bredgaard is on.
23 min: Poland showed signs of this attack in their matches against Germany and Sweden but they just couldn’t click enough. But in this game they are flying and they are taking the momentum in their stride.
Pajor has her goal and it was a beaut. It was won by the number nine and they work it forward. The cross comes in and she heads it home.

18 min: Denmark’s Bruun launched a long range effort but it was wide, that would have been some strike if it went in.
16 min: The goal for Poland’s Padilla means both debut teams have scored at Euro 2025. Wales found theirs against France and Poland had theirs a few minutes ago.
15 min: In the other game Sweden have equalised through Blackstenius. Goals galore.
They streamed forward on a counter and it was squared so nicely into the box. Pajor can’t get to it but it comes to Padilla who doesn’t miss. Their first ever goal at a women’s Euros.

History.
13 min: Denmark had so much space in the box despite Poland having around six players in there themselves, luckily for Poland Denmark squander the chance.
11 min: In the other game Germany have taken an early lead through Brand and so as it stands they top the group. In this match, Denmark are slowly building into this.
9 min: Denmark are loose at the back and Poland pounce but they don’t release a shot quickly enough with the Danes able to scramble clear. They counter and Harder gets it in the box and Thomsen sends it over the bar – that should have been a goal.
8 min: Denmark try to piece a play together but Harder’s pass has too much on it and so there is a goal kick.
6 min: Poland are bright in the early stages but they are rushing their final touches and passes. If they shore those up they will have more joy in front of goal. Just as I type that Denmark attack with Harder’s strike just wide.
4 min: A lovely ball re-ignited Poland’s attack and Pawolleck attempts to lob the keeper but Bay is wise to it.
2 min: Poland have started well and Pajor got into the penalty area but she is smothered off of the ball.

Denmark and Poland both have some top-notch cheeses. My personal favorites are Fynbo and Maribo from Denmark and Oscypek from Poland. Poland is also great for meats (Kielbasa and Kabanos are personal highlights!)
Hope to see a better showing from Denmark today, disappointed with them this entire tournament. And of course, rooting for Poland to avoid becoming the first-ever team not to score at their debut Euros!
That’s a not so fun fact for Polish fans if they do fail to score today. I think Ewa Pajor may get one this evening.

It’s about winning. We have played two of the best teams in the world and we needed to play in a different way against them. Tomorrow we will get a little more space and a little more time on the ball. Hopefully, we can dominate the ball and play a different kind of game.
Nina Patalon, Poland coach, has said:
I would like us to score a goal and make history. We have a positive attitude and I repeat once again this will also be a special match. I wouldn’t say that Denmark is an easier opponent than Germany and Sweden. The Danes are very versatile and we will have to adapt to them. I hope it will be a good match.

Hello and welcome to the Group C match between Poland and Denmark at Euro 2025.
Both teams have already been knocked out but that won’t stop them from fighting tooth and nail for the win. Poland and Denmark lost their opening two matches to Germany and Sweden and so they will be keen not to come away with no points.
Germany and Sweden are playing at the same time as this game and they are vying for top of the group. I will bring you all of the score updates from that one as we go through a detailed look at this match.
