This documentary commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme covers a lot of ground in half an hour. It’s a family history, a battlefield tour and an insight into modern tensions in presenter Jordan Dunbar’s native Belfast. It’s summer, and shepherd Amanda’s kids are enjoying wholesome countryside pursuits including river swimming and searching for peacock chicks.
